Where time slows down
6 rooms. 2 restaurants. One courtyard under the stars.
Behind one carved cedar door in Riad Zitoun el Kedim, Riad Mimoun gathers six rooms around a tiled courtyard and two orange trees. Never more than fourteen guests; always a lantern lit when you come home.
Each appointed on its own: saffron plaster, Atlas wool, green zellige, carved cedar.
The Courtyard Table for Moroccan classics; the Lantern Room for seasonal, spice-led dinners.
Forty candles at dusk, a fountain, and the scent of the orange trees overhead.
Loungers, a plunge pool and the Koutoubia minaret against the evening sky.
Poured high from a silver pot, with almond briouats, before any paperwork.
A porter waits at Place des Ferblantiers and walks you the seven minutes home.

Discover the dining“We came for three nights and stayed five. Breakfast under the orange trees, then Youssef's map of the medina, then the rooftop at seven. Every day had the same quiet shape.”
Claire & Matthieu LaurentLyon, France · Orange Blossom Room“The Lantern Room dinner was the best meal of our trip: trout with chermoula, then a quince and saffron lamb I still think about.”
Hana OkaforLondon, United Kingdom · Zellige Room“Seven minutes from Jemaa el-Fna and you hear nothing but the fountain. Booking took two emails and a call.”
